Essentially, LG just sells you a phone with zero software updates.

LG doesn't open its store in Indonesia. Indonesia government will release the law on 17 August 2019 to block all non-Indonesian market phones by restricting IMEI, so, l9cal SIM cards won't operate, so they say, will be troublesome for independent phone seller, non-Indonesian workers, and some phone brands and types. LG, Sony, Meizu, they don't open their store, and some types phones like Samsung M30, all gaming phones, Xiaomi pro series, Xiaomi CC series, and many more. That law is so annoying and killing the freedom of individuals, can't buy phones from outside Indonesia, won't work for Indonesia SIM card. While the world unites, Indonesia separate itself.

Anonymous, 13 Aug 2019the ads cost $500 kinda expensiveThere is a way to remove the ads, you just have to unlock the bootloader to do it but I'm not sure if LG allows that or if there are even custom ROMs for the V35
