I hate MTK processors. In my experience, their work bad compared to Snapdragon.

Judging from the back side at glance, the phone will have dew-drop in the display that I hate the most, hope not!

I'm glad that the fingerprint reader comes back to where it should be

I wish it come with 48mp selfie cam. Deadly combo to see forward.

Anders, 21 Aug 2019Gyro EIS would be good enoughDepends on the sensor. The best kind of Gyro EIS is when it's built in the sensor stack.

AnonD-706668, 21 Aug 2019If they can offer optical zoom at low prices, why not optic... moreAnd why would you think that OIS feature is the same as the optical zoom? One's mechanical and one isn't. Which do you think is much cheaper and easier to buy/manufacture? Also your logic is s2pid, the existence of telephoto does not justify your point, the two distinct feature, in fact the other one is much more complex. Look at Xiaomi's current smartphone portfolio... If you want OIS at this pricepoint for a NEWLY-RELEASED phone then you're mindset is the problem. Search for phones with atleast 48MP with OIS released in 2019, look at their pricepoint, as simple as that.

I'm Kinda Curious what would be that 4th camera sensor other than Primary, Wide angle & Depth Sensor. To be Honest Quad Camera Setup doesn't make much sense to me I think Primary, Wide angle would be enough!

Anonymous, 21 Aug 2019Bigger sensor is more important than oisWell, i wouldn't call a 8x6 mm sensor "bigger". It's still tiny. Especially if it packs more than twice as much pixels as a 24 MP 24x16 mm APS-C sensor. Not to mention larger ones.

No phone with Mediatek had any Android update yet. Will it change?
