I am not fun of fingerprint sensors under display, I prefer fast ones at back, but sensor at back means it will have LCD not OLED. :(

Kazzzraj, 21 Aug 2019Still the 64mp camera would not stand upto the 12mp Samsung... moreThe "Megapixel" here is not used traditionally, its used for pixel binning to simulate bigger pixel size. the "actual" megapixel used for most picture taken by this 64mp sensor will be 16mp.
This pixel binning is use to counter the sensor size problem with smartphone sensor who for obvious reason couldn't become bigger due to device dimension problem.
Sony and Samsung not only use the tech, they were the one that produce the sensor.

This time, if it has 5G compatibility then it will sell. The rest of the gimmicks(Camera, looks, screen size, MIUI, etc all ok for sales. ) are not all that important

To note, InDisplay Fingerprint scanner (with samsung sonar as exception) is not legible confirmation id for e-wallet. samsung/apple/ali-pay require traditional fingerprint scanner, a sonar fingerprint scanner or 3d face mapper to be qualified for e-wallet confirmation id
The InDisplay scanner is far less safer since it just use 2d image scan compared to Texture scan in traditional finger scanner or sonar scanner
If e-Wallet is the reason Xiaomi give Note 8, its makes sense that it use traditional fingerprint scanner.

Realme and Redmi are bringing good devices to consumers but I hate ColorOS and MIUI has ads this is all that is keeping me away from these phones
