Could Apple finally switch away from the Lightning standard?

iPhone is behind in camera, iPhone is behind in Battery, iPhone is behind in RAM, iPhone is behind in cooling system, iPhone is behind in technology, iPhone is behind in new features, Apple is behind in storage, iPhone is behind in almost everything compare to all other companies even small or dead companies like LG and HTC.
So our experience show us, Apple not gonna give up on slow, old sloppy technology as long as they can save money from not including quality and new stuff in their products and as long as they can sell low quality accesories.

April Fool's is still 8 months away, but Apple's already coming up with pranks, including this one.

Apple will never bundle a fast charger with their iPhones, not if they can charge more $$$ by forcing customers to buy them separately.

Popy, 21 Aug 2019100$ apple cable that'l break in a monthTalking out of the wrong end, fella. Apple has been selling lightning to USB-C and USB-C to USB-C cables, and they're nowhere near $100. They've been ready for at least a year or 2, whichever way they end up going on the handset.

Next gen USB will be based on thunderbolt. Iphones already implements pcie protocols. If you cant see all possibilities it will give... mmm. I know it will happen only in 2020 or later, but physical, low latency, high throughput connection, with minimal overhead, opens doors for using all processing power and memory available.

Diva hipsterova, 21 Aug 2019Tell me a power bank that use USB c for being charged there's a lot since a year or two ago. Just make sure the usb-c port can take and give charges. dual mode/ dual function. I bought a 10,000 mAh one for 16 bucks (I think the brand name was (tqka) that has it last year and it is pretty good.

Apple will intentionally design a weaker rubber to easily tear their own USB-C apart like their old Lightning connectors.

Yay, Finally Apple gets with the times, USB-C means carrying only one cable to charge, laptop, phone, battery pack...

In my opinion, iPhone is so much over rated. In my personal experience with both IOS and android, i can do more things using android phones and way lot cheaper. And, Chinese made phones are so good nowadays. I am not interested in any apple product anymore.

Lol people have been going back and forth with this rumor for ages, at this point I wouldn't be surprised if Apple came to us in a couple of months time and told us the new iPhones will come with "Lightning v. X.0" or something just so they can sell more dongles.

even if it doesnt come with a fast charger or anything (because Apple always wants to charge their customers), its still a really good move. Lighting is fragile, slow and did I mention fragile?
Finally phone chargers will be just "chargers" not "apple or android".
