Nokia 8 not getting android 10? it was released less than 2 years ago, good to know, i'm not getting a Nokia device since it will get out of support very soon, i was considering nokia 9.1 PureView because 9's camera setup was interesting and since 9.1 is getting SD855 it would work better and faster, but now i think it's now worth

Nokia 8 already got 2 major os updates, and it wasn't even android one
It launched with android 7 and now running android 9

GSM Arena forgot to add and my Nokia 6.1 2018 TA-1050 will also have Google Android 10 Q at the end this year or during begining of the next year too.

Nokia fast update because only a view in line to update.
But over all good quality oppose to samsung buggy update

Ivan and GSMArena, thank you so much for mentioning the missing update for Nokia 8! I hope that we'll somehow manage to convince HMD to update this underrated device, because it most definitely does deserve the update, especially that it shipped with Nougat when Oreo was already out, and it's been released a little less than 2 years ago. Also, it's an ex-flagship that came out like half a year after the first HMD smartphones, so it would be silly if it ended up having the same Android version as them in the end...

Nokia 8 is going to go down on history as the most neglected flagship smartphone ever.
And it is indeed sad, because it also marked down the return of Zeiss and arrival of OZO to Nokia devices made by HMD.
