        I use 2016 flagship phone with sd821 although it's becoming outdated it has been great and just now this year as of 2019 I feel that I have to buy a new phone

          ... because there are minor improvements and the market is overwhelmed by a lot of garbage phones that no one needs (seriously: who want 720p, tft screen and 1 or 2Go of ram in 2019 ?)

            Hardly a surprise here. With so many Android phones out there and the fact that the company provide a software update and/or security patches to some of the released phones, why would you want to change a new phone every year? Heck, even OnePlus is releasing Pie update for their 3 and 3T, and that's a three year old phone.
