Given that everyone is so "pro" at antutu and already know the performance of the A76 in the G90T, i would rather see its thermal throttling performance and battery efficieny. If mediatek is able get these 2 right, they might just open a path to high-end chipset.

Those are on SD 730 or even near 730G levels, still... moreIt's a bit more than S730 but it's considerably higher clocked, on 14 nm UHD lithography while Mali G76 is still much less power efficient. In other words it's a recipe for disaster and we sow it before. Helio X20 rings any bells? The Mali G77 will really be competitive that is if Qualcomm doesn't present new generation next year. I mean they should but they are in mess so everything is possible. I am generally much more interested to see ARM E1 core's in action next year.

See the version number, AnTuTu admitted they have added some more tests in version 8, obviously the scoring changes, a lot. Exynos 9825 scores around 450K, for instance, where in version 7 it was only 340K. Memory related tests as well as UX have significantly refactored now it's a lot more prominent with other parts. Version 7 rarely gives score above 10K even for flagships, but here it scores like CPU/GPU. In version 7 I believe G90T would score around SD835/SD730.

There's no partnership between Mediatek and AnTuTu or between Huawei and Antutu
When SD820 was released, Antutu v6 was released too.
As SD820 was a quadcore and Exynos and Kirin was Octacore, multicore performances were heavily underated on v6 compare to v5!
If you want other 3D benchmark :
GfxBench Manhattan 3.0 :
Kirin 810 : 55fps
Helio G90 (even not G90T) : 48fps...according to GPU frequency, we can imagine 53fps on G90T
Snapdragon 730G : 42fps
Snapdragon 730 : 38fps
Snapdragon 710 : 33fps
I can explain you how ARM double the lanes on G76 and G52 compare to G72...yes, it leads to strange things :
- G52 is more powerfull than G72
- G76 is twice better than G72

Since the K980 is official, results are between 290-310k. There are lot of youtube videos from testers that show K810 faster than every middle class Snapdragon.

Obviously another fake score..Antutu is Chinese based and give any new Chinese brand's phone ridiculously high numbers.For example the kirin 980 that started out close to 400 then they dropped it down to less than 300...the kirin 810 is as good as sd 712 at best and this is mediatek is the same while both thier gpu's are shit.Soon they'll be making new Chinese phones scores higher than A series chips to gain buyers before bringing it down.I use a Mate 20 x just so you know

Uncomfirmed manipulated result from last Antutu 8 beta that can't be compared to anything. Typical MTK stuff only surprise is that Xiaomi is feld to this grounds. Very disappointing.

Probably referring to the Kirin 980 instead of 970 as the 970 tops out around the 200k mark while the 980 hovers around the 280k mark
