When I can spend 500EUR on a Garmin so I'm able to pay 400EUR for an Apple Watch.
Is it really all you can say!? Jealous? Typical Apple style argument. We don't expect anything else from Apple fans.

They had to run a diagnostic and everything passed. Battery health on the case was still 100%. The case wasn't giving me problems at the time I was at the store. They went ahead and replaced it anyway. Same with my Apple TV 4K. I bricked it by accidentally unplugging when it was updating. Replaced it on the spot.

The process was very easy. My wife had a series 2 with broken screen around the sides. No questions was asked by upper eat side Apple store and they are replacing the series 2 with a series 3. It was not available right away but should be available to pick in 5 business days from the store.

A quality control or better quality at all for such a high priced device would be the better way instead of selling junks to people and change their displays for free.

I have a series 2 watch and this exact rare condition happened!
It was so weird and sudden that it made me doubt myself even though I was 100% sure it never bumped into anything.
Anyway, it's good to know that I wasn't wrong after all and I can replace the screen for free and start using it again.

HoldEm, 31 Aug 2019It is a design flaw and inconvenience for you to get it fixed.With Apple it is very easy and fast also you will get replacement for a while they are fixing your watch. Their service is really great.
But for the price Apple is asking for their products, they would need to be almost perfect.
