Newest Open Beta for the OnePlus 6 and 6T prepares them for the Android 10 update

It's very likely to be the last Open Beta based on Android 9 Pie for these two devices.

Based on the reactions at the forum by angry fans who did not receive timely Q dev beta updates (and also OP7 got a Q beta already), this seems to be some sort of dmage control by OnePlus. :D :D
The security patch is from August, and the changelogs says 1.6Gb. seems like a hasty OTA update thrown to appease forum fans.
