Hate it when people say stuff they don't know about MediaTek when in reality, the only big difference between MediaTek and Snapdragon currently is Custom ROM support, snapdragon has better custom ROM support and that is all. If you are current with tech, you will know that MediaTek has taken over the Mid range segment with much more powerful chipsets than Qualcomm could possibly offer at an affordable price point. Helio G90T processor was much more powerful than Snapdragon 730 & 730G and everyone kept quiet about it. 😅😂😂. Then came the DIMENSITY 820 which completely destroyed Snapdragon 765G in RAW CPU PERFORMANCE and GRAPHICS!. Why aren't you talking about it?. Keep your mouth shut if you are going to be biased over Snapdragon seeing that you are a snapdragon FAN BOY

dont buy anything with mediatek........ when i bought realme 6 , pubg run the smoothest but after 3 months realme 5 pro with sd712 run way better and latency free than the newer version ......... thats the difference between snapdragon and pathetic mediatek

Nahhh, Xiaomi redmi note 8pro, have the best quality for the first 2 months, and the quality decayed by time, Used it for almost 4 month, I had to face laggy issues, battery issues, pubg performance on this device decayed by time... Poor device... not worth buying..

Tele x2 is useless because of 48 or 64MP main camera...with this, you can get 12 or 16MP x2 picture

It's a nice design , if it was a snapdragon it would be a sure bet, will wait for the review to see how the mediatek fares .

well the comments in criticism of redmi note 8 pro are purely illogical and some people have gone as far as saying that the phone is not worth buying only because it is powered by a mediatek processor...well I seriously don't know how these illogical arguments can be turned logical but I'd surely say that you should never judge a product by its name and only by its merit and what it's bringing to the table...mediatek helio G90T is an awesome gaming chipset and if you are a gaming enthusiast you will definitely enjoy the lag-free gaming experience while playing fortnite and PUBG

zenfone 2 got intel chipset it use to be cool on gaming but right now after many years its freaking hot and cant barely touch it when gaming if this phone heats right now i wonder what will happen after couple of years

from the reviews I have seen about this phone, I don't believe there is any reason to question the brilliance of Redmi Note 8 Pro....just because it's powered by a mediatek processor doesn't mean that it is a low-performer, it has advanced CPU & GPU and offers amazing camera features and will launch in India in a decent price
