Looks like I'll have to wait for the Redmi Note 9 Pro next year, Redmi might have made a big mistake when it chose the Helio G90T for the Note 8 Pro.

So Xiaomi use the MediaTek Helio G90T chipset for their Redmi Note 8 Pro, while Oppo use Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 for their Realme XT. Definitely interested to see how those two phones compared to each other, especially in the photo department with that 64MP camera.

Bang for your bucks. But I really worry for those who bought realme X just months ago. Realme should slow down their launches. Even 6-7 month cycle is gud.

yeah 64MP but still if you want a typical 16:9 ones they will crop the 30% of the sensor to give that ratio.
meanwile, if you use the standard ratio (4:3 or 1:1) its not well to a 18:9 or 19:9 or even a 20:9 screen, 65% of it when view a landscape photo in a portrait angle you have that 65% black or white screen and not the actual photo.
useless, what are in mind of that manufactures, they can do a 16:9 or 20:9 sensor only with high res. without too much enffort why they keep giving us the 4:3 asoect in camera sensor when all around you are 16:9 or more...
pathetic.

LTE-A (4G+) will only support India frequency, Realme never publish the CA frequency.
So 4G+ will not work in many countries

That's so cheap for the base version. 64 MP camera, SD 712, 4000 mah battery with quick charge, FHD Amoled screen, glass back instead of plastic, micro sd and earphone jack this is soo loaded with stuff. The only downside that I could see is just the lack of telephoto camera and ColorOS but that's minor compared to what would you get for your money.
Good job Realme.

Those are some really decent specs in that price range. Obviously corners are cut to make such devices profitable, but even so, they make great devices for the targeted audience.
