What i don't understand mostly is that , the phone might hold the nr.1 spot of "best smartphone of 2019-2020" and yet people will always complain about something that really they can't even hold it in their hands. Example ..
USA - they can't have huawei , either they have to buy it off Amazon and unlocked with limited carriers and all that.
Most countries with low average incomes they need huge savings to get a 1000+ Euro's phone , which i include myself as well.
The phone might be packed with rich features that maybe noon in the market has , but there will always be a sheep in the back screaming " WHERE'S THE 3.5mm HEADPHONE JACK" .. you don't look at a phone who has no headphone jack , if that is your preference there are other phones in the market that offer what you seek
It's disgusting actually , i never owned a Huawei device but i am really sure to say that they are the first company to spend billions on research ..
The Phone looks AMAZING!! well done to them for reaching at a 5000 USD capital to 100B .. that's innovation :D

Huawei has been launching very good phones recently but I still couldn't find myself buying their products. I don't like how their brand sounds. It's so foreign.

to my eyes it looks great , i realy dig the waterfall screen , i know its a gimmick but it makes the phone looks futuristic , if the camera and battery life are good i dont see a reason not to buy it

It´s even more ugly than on marketing pictures. That back is just hideous. This phone is DOA.

Huawei's previous 960fps slo-mo was faked from 240 and 480fps according to lighting conditions, now they claim this ridiculous 7680fps. Sony would have said something if they made sensors that could read out this fast, but no, nothing of the sort was released. Sounds like 960fps faked 8x, at best.

I see it as highly unlikely, and if they do, as such a major company - then google would likely be forced to find a new way to stop them.

These look amazing, still not sure about the waterfall screen idea though.
The lack of Google apps isn't really a huge problem seeing as it's incredibly easy to install the AOSP versions yourself in go. Sites like opengapps update regularly, are safe and all inclusive. I'm pretty sure, with permission, carriers or retailers could pre-install them.
