This sounds like a sensible idea. If I want to use it as a phone, I'll just fold it. If I want to use it as a tablet to do some sketching or writing, I'll just unfold it and use the pen.

Unless they can make plastic as hard as glass, good luck with scratches. It's the primary problem with the DS/3DS. The lower screen is super prone to scratches especially when using the stylus.

According to Zack :The display scratches at level2 with deeper grooves at level3. So the stylus tip is gonna scratch the display. What a shame.

A foldable phone would make the ideal Note type device, so I certainly like the idea.
But first let's wait for foldable phones to improve enough for day to day usage though.
