I downloaded the new firmware and it works like a charm. You must backup phone first or you will lose all contacts

where to get new firmware....-> Go to the nokia website, download nokia software updater... follow instructions after that and it should be fine. Contrary to what some say bout how long it might take... my updating took less than 15mins.

After the 11.026..etc firmware lost the iso settings of the camera and with the new firmware nothing changed...still the iso settings don't work... I want them back....

After upgrading to the new firmware, movies and music are still intact. contact numbers, calender entires and saved sms are gone though. what i find wierd is that in my application manager, it reflects that my 3rd party downloads are still there even though i know its not and when i try to remove it it says "Fail to Remove" ... anyone else got this problem? how do i "refresh" the application manager page? pls advice ~ thanks

After updating the firmware with current( Only available) version 11.0.026 , all my applications including many third parties like handy toos, world mate,mobile security,,etc are working properly..but the Help aplication under the utilities icon,,can not display the information located in the Search by keyword tab,,the answer from the system is Memory full.close some applications and try again,,so i cant read the help information.
After closing all the applications im getting the same answer,,even do there is a lot of memory available in ram ( 83.6 M) as well as the phone memory ( 111 M ) .
Do you guys have any idea how to resolve this problem.

you can do a backup storage by using the nokia pc suite...and so you will have everything on the computer....and after you finish the update you can also download them back into your phone

you must wait for the update....it will be updated on the nokia site as soon as it will be finished......these on the gsmarena are news wich comes before the software appearence...but they are true...i've got info for my n95 from n95 about a new firmware......so...don't stop trying to get the lastest firmware update.....;).....kisses from Romania

Also was unable 2 update my 8gb 2 15.0 ver , contacted nokia they said it didnt exist , only one firmware upgrade is aval for this model 11.0 ver !!!

When I updated, it was saying current version 10.0.021 and new version 11.0.026. Where the hell GSM arena got 15.0 version??

yes i cant wait to upgrade my n95 8gb! yahoo.. now i can watch flash vdieos with other sites like badjojo or something! hehe.. n95 8gb is the best!

Everyone with different phones you can still get youtube on your phone by downloading emTube. EmTube is better than all the other YTplayers available and has the same home screen as the iPhone. you can download it here:

BTW this is only for s60. There is also a special version for the n95 which lets you autorotate it with the accelometer
