i have bought Nokia N95 8GB but its the older version, if i want to update it to the new version, how can i do that?

Only the phone memory files are deleted (but you can back-up them with the Content Copier).Mass memory is not deleted

They are posting about Nokia's firmware upgrade. there are other phones that are having upgrades as well but why are they not being featured?

if i bought the n95 8gb two weeks ago and the phone is not supported by my countrys phone companys then can i get this update? if ican than how?

The Nokia N95 8go , is the top notch solution as far as cell phone is concerned.
I am really pleased with this phone, enjoy the music and the film Spiderman 3 included in the package.

To make the last update must to use Nokia Software Updater! Instal from your CD pack, this CD you have in the box which you buy togheder with phone. Software are togheder with PC Suite.

Hi, URGENT nd help! I've quite a no. of applications/games/themes/full of gallery contents/bookmarks etc. stored in e mass memory (ie. 8gb memory). Now I would like to perform a firmware update, how could I go abt doing it safely w/o comprising any of my stored content (all as mentioned)? Tia for ur kind reply!

One thing I noticed....
maybe i haven't checked my download icon in a while but when I clicked it with my new product code, a bunch of new software and game options are available...
this may not be due to my new firmware or new product code...but i am all about getting Lego Star Wars on my phone now.

Hi to all! I instal now new version of firmware for this N95 8GB. First thing: I lost all contacts and All new aplications. The acces point dont want to connect anymore. And I dont see any full flash video support. This means I lose more then I win. Sorry but this are the true.

I updated my Nokia to the new firmware...I had to have my product code changed in order to do it. The results are great in my opinion...
I have emTUBE as well for downloading fash files but the youtube works well. I also went to a few blog spots that post youtube links and they worked fine.
On my web settings, I usually set my S60 browser to full screen zoomed out at 50% and it's fine for me.
I am in Chicago and for the record, the Nokia store here doesn't have that upgrade available they just have the 11.whatever firmware update.
honorable mention...when I pulled up espn on my phone, the update video on the top righthand side also came up but i wasn't in wifi so i didn't even attempt to play it. When I get to wifi I will let you all that are sports fans know.
