Huawei claims it has already sold over a million Mate 30 phones

01 October 2019
That's Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro combined. Things peaked at 100,000 in a minute. As a reminder, these are available only in China right now.

johnwick, 03 Oct 2019pathetic crapple or exploding samdung user. Why would anyon... moreBehold, a typical Huawei troll who lies in the face of facts. The latest camera comparison says otherwise, not just the GSMA editors but the photos themselves.
Also, he's fabricating Huawei's triumph against an imaginary enemy that does not yet exist.
And judging from the swift stream of upvotes, this is either Kifu/Ahlan's yet another account on a VPN or Kifu/Ahlan is still trolling around with votes.

Didn't ready for new OS,didn't make replacement for Playstore only telling what they want and wish. I am user of Huawei and honestly i am hoing to sell my phone because i don't know what gonna happen with futire support of this phone. What i notice that my google services block my phone constantly more and more. Gmail, interactions between hardvare gallery and gmail totally block my phone. Before i didn't have any problems. Good phone but Huawei is not honest to their users. Go to China where you belong

[deleted post]That link looks like a rant from someone who REALLY REALLY REALLY hates Apple and wants to tarnish its image just because. Oh em gee! Apple prison hurr durr! DRM!! Batteries. Hurr cant install pirated/non-verified software durr... Muh free apps and torrentz! Apple bad! Apple jail!
Without providing any concrete and irrefutable proof.

Apple is definitely more trustworthy than any other personal smart device manufacturer out there. If Apple has a tiny hole in their fabric somewhere, then google is a fishing net and huawey is a fishing net with cameras at every node.

[deleted post]pathetic crapple or exploding samdung user. Why would anyone be surprise about that fact. China users doesnt use google anyway and Huawei Mate 30 Pro camera capabilties blow iphone 11, note 10 and even pixel 4 out of the water.

[deleted post]Ugh, you make me puke, you use three accounts for Apple-bashing and Huawei ***-kissing.

"The PROOF is in the video by thier CEO!, It dose not matter if its old or new"
Sorry it matters, Apple back in 2010/2011 wasn't half as large a company as Huawei is today, yet Huawei cheats and lies and steals like a street punk when they should be steering clear of this BS because a company of this size needs proper ethics or there's no telling what Huawei will do to society.

"this how they started thier smartphone industry"
If Huawei only stopped when they just broke top 5, MAYBE, they could be excused. The higher a profile of a company, the more public scrutiny it must receive. But what am I doing arguing to a outright troll using THREE ACCOUNTS for astroturfing like you?? You need to be banned pretending for Huawei on this forum that you're THREE PEOPLE.
Despicable, yet such typical Huawei-esque tactic. You're just like your master.
            ------------
Oh s***, 5?? Alright, you realize you'll probably be hanged here for eternity as the specimen of Huawei's outrageously degenerated morals.

              [deleted post]"Everyone here"
You mean all TWO of the Huawei drones? Since I now see that you're Kifu's other account, since Kifu upvotes himself twice in 2 minutes then you pop up after 5. It's not that clever, in fact it's quite pathetic.

OTOH I see 3.5mm Jack Fetishist, as well as 4 anonymous, from 2Aw, XBi, ,Y7u and m5g obviously disagree with you Huawei trolls. Though they're anonymous, it beats you wielding two accounts astroturfing for Huawei right?

" it seems this guy hates everything that comes from China"
Yeah again sorry to burst your bubble but I praised Vivo NEX3 in many instances on this site, for EXAMPLE: https://www.gsmarena.com/newscomm-39201p3.php. I posted about seriously considering to purchase this device 2 weeks ago.
Also, "Aklan/Kifu", another user noted you upvoting yourself in that same thread.
ALSO, "Aklan/Kifu", you expose yourself as your *location* of both commenting accounts is "SvB"!! LMFAO you unlettered troll!
Try to frame me as something I'm not and you drones will only humiliate yourselves.

                    [deleted post]Part 5:

                    Now regarding your Apple claims:

                    "same as Apple latest conference"
Entirely laughable. Only a Huawei apologist talks like this.
Innovation is intangible and unquantifiable, that's where it's alright to brag. Whereas there are solid metrics as to how fast chips crunch numbers, and solid metrics as to whether or not a device is performant! Exaggerating about objective parameters is outright lying, not "basically business", well except to the particularly morally depraved, like Huawei, to which indeed it is.

"Class action suit alleges Apple lies to customers over size & resolution of iPhone X, XS & XS Max"
                    This? How about this then:
                    https://www.andr oid beat.com/2017/04/huawei-p10-lack-of-oleophobic-coating-slower-nand-certain-units-addressed-ceo/
                    Moreover, this: https://consumer.huawei.com/en/phones/p20-pro/specs/
Huawei lists the resolution as 2240x1080, no way with the notch (and rounded corners, for that matter) is a screen going to be that resolution.
Wipe your own *** before making an accusation ,if you count that as an Apple lie, then that's a Huawei lie for every screen that's not a full rectangle! Want to compare the number of models? LMFAO.

"Apple Store Employee: We Lie To Customers All The Time"
Too old and does not reflect the current company culture. Also point-of-sales employee caught lying will generally lose their own jobs but their company will not take responsibility. This much should be industry consensus as it's at least the norm in China. It's entirely different from the company lying on an official capacity like Huawei often does during launch events and transcripted interviews.
Speaking of point-of-sales services: Huawei selling second-handed motherboards as new, and blaming it on a supplier?? https://www.zhihu.com/question/66626299
Old motherboards are only allowed to be used to repair under warranty, selling them as new is fraud, but that's just so typical Huawei.

[deleted post]I'm concerned that Part 1 and 5 of your much needed education wasn't posted properly, I'll try again with slight edits:

Since you're especially detestable you caught my attention, I'll go out of my way to take down every one of your excuses.
Because there are too many links I'll need to break up the comment or it won't post. Also I'm breaking up the links just in case.

                      Part 1:

"Lol you have absolutely no evidence that they said most of what you claimed. "
I listed three to the other drone, I'll find you a few more, and I'll save a copy to shut Huawei apologists up in the future.

                      CEO lying about P8:
                      www.so hu.com/a/11100433_115027
My original quote was from the press conference, however it's old enough that I couldn't find the Q&A section, yet in this separate article he was shameless enough to reinstate that the P8 is more "competitive" than S6, which is simply an outright lie.
Now the most comprehensive teardown on the net of what a laughable effort P8 is:
                      https://www.anan d tech.com/show/9260/the-huawei-p8-review/
"Is the P8 worth buying? At official MSRPs of 499€ and 599€ for respectively the 16GB and 64GB versions, I'd say no. The P8 just seems to have too many compromises to be able to be considered as a viable alternative to other devices at that price range."
And with *objective proof* of all the shortcomings of their effectively midrange "flagship". There is no reasonable way to massage the facts that would make P8 look pretty compared to S6!

I don't understand why anyone would suspect that this is a lie. Selling a million phones in China is what every single large Chinese companies can achieve in a month after the launch of their new products. It's not really that impressive as this occurs way too often in that country hence this event doesn't really deserve a dedicated article.

You have zero evidence and refuse to examine evidence against you, that's the exact opposite of my stance. I examined every link of that clown Kifu's, that's why I know he snuck two 404s in there, that's false evidence at a glance. Not only that, upon the 404s, I searched for additional evidence on his behalf and found a live article that at least makes credible quotes, that's why I even gave him the 1 of the 1:10. I gave him that point based on an article I found.

Certainly doesn't mean they are false either, when you refuse to believe something without any proof of the opposite, this is called: denial.

To question HIS credibility, at the very least prove that you're capable of conducting a similarly proper range of tests. Even then it doesn't disprove his results as you no longer are capable of using the same firmware as he did, i.e. you can't replicate his experiment conditions.
