iOS 5.1 could have Facebook integration

This was suggested by the device name being reported when updates are sent using the iOS Facebook app.

why is every tech blog etc mad about ios and apple? first they always have news related to USA only, and then apple only.... all the time!!! there is a big wide world outside USA and the apple world too. open your eyes.

      Hahaha! It's a joke!
      I am using Android phone and can update my FB status via any brand and model of mobile phone I choose.
      I am using Statuses Via application from Android market. I don't need to have iPhone or Nokia or Blackberry or whatever just to post my status via Blackberry or via iPad2 or whatever, all I need is a single Android application and I can change my FB status with different phones every day. Of course it comes with the original logo of the phone brand I use.

        why is this even news? Other mobiles have been doing it for a long time even if facebook is not integrated.

        When i post from my N9, it says "Posted from Nokia N9" and if I post through my E7, it says "Posted through Nokia Social App".

        Its the media that creates a hype for anything apple does, even though Apple as such is just following the trend now.

                They were going to implement this before but Facebook pulled the plug.

                Now that Google is copying Facebook too with Google pus, it's obvious that Facebook has reconsidered their deal with Apple.
