If you want to charge only once in a week, this phone is not for you. May be you should buy energizer phone. No phone is perfect and it is true even for $1500 phones. Buy a phone based on your needs and wants and reserch well before buying.

This is just marketing strategy, if that is the case why aren't the big manufacturers being sued by international courts because of overpricing, unless they are paid by the big companies!

If you abso... morei agree,but you can't overlook the fact that you just can't switch between the camers while filming!!for a sd855 device this is kinda lame! and also,the battery life i did not find that great given the 4000 mah battery , amoled display and sd855 combo. i say it again, it is a good device, but the thing is people who buy it will expect more than it has to offer in some areas and will be dissapointed.

If you absolutely want the best camera, go for the Huawei P series or other high end flagships.
K20 pro has a superb camera for the price matching flagship levels in most scenarios.
Only pixel peepers will have a problem with its performance.

I can't wait for people to actually buy the phone all excited to take Pixel 3-like images with it and be disappointed as it doesn't and talk sh.t about DxOMark in the K20 Pro comment section.

Anonymous, 12 Oct 2019Sd855 doesn't take few seconds with gcam, maybe on the low ... moredoubt as much as you want,but i owned the blue 8/256 version even.so i can tell you for sure at least 2 seconds it takes cause of the processing.and as i like taking pictures,i can tell you that it is kinda incovenient to wait a few seconds between shotas at times.
anyway,thing is it it not a bad camera,the software is not adressed as it should.but given that, i would take a pixel 3 any day over a k20 pro for photos, even though it does not have a ultrawide camera of which i am a big fan.

Besides no one sells phones just over stock photos which are plenty good according to Gsmarena plus for better pictures in certain conditions, there is gcam
In the Android ecosystem, there is always a workaround.
I doubt you ever owned a Redmi k20 pro.

Anonymous, 11 Oct 2019Did you install gcam? oh,you mean did i install pixel's software to start getting the pictures pixel 3 takes,which btw has a score below the k20?yes,i did, but as you know that only works good(and by that i mean fast) on the pixels, on other phones you have to wait a few seconds for it to its magic.and also i was refering to the stock photos,that is how dxo tests if i rembeber correcly,they don't go and install gcam on various phones and then start testing.

This score is made with native camera app, în default mode. We also know that Xiaomi software is not on par with big players, but, with Gcam on board, that camera become much more good then we see here.
