i dont think intel has an issue with its proccesing power, its the power consumption.

Hm, 10 Mar 2012if it's x86 why can't these things run .exe programs ?run .exe files is not the CPUs job! it's depending on the OS (operating system) the android is a Linux base OS (not a windows ) and it is not define to run .exe files at all.
