iPhone SE2 with a, in the time it will be released, a 6 year old design, and it will sell like hot cakes. Great for Apple, they only need to upgrade the core hardware, do as little effort as possible and make a big profit.

Hope they use the iPhone XR shade of dark deep red instead of the iPhone 11’s brighter red. Probably a year later in 2021 March they might drop the price to $349 & provide more storage such like they did for the original SE. The SE line seems to get refreshed every 4 years so SE 3 probably it will have notch design than 😃

I highly doubt this device will be made.
Apple knows many would buy this instead of the expensive Pro versions.
Sales would need to rise a lot to even the profit loss of selling cheaper device.

According to the analyst the second-gen iPhone SE is coming with the A13 Bionic chipset paired with 3GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB or 128GB storage. Color options will be Space Gray, Silver, and Red.
Kuo expects the iPhone SE 2 to be quite popular given the low starting price and expects Apple to win over a lot of new users in the midrange segment.
According to all what is typical for apple we can expect this phone and all its siblings will be made from used Iphone 7 and 8 spare parts including battery because the whole phone from outside will looks exactly like Iphone 7 or 8 so this way it makes sense and the price will be this low.
By the way Xiaomi redmi Note 8 pro for 150 less offers much bigger battery 3GB more ram and twice as much disk space. Quickcharge better screen and many else.
To be honest if the apple expect recordbreaking sales the innitial price must be 250 at most othervise Lenovo, Xiaomi, Oppo, Reno, Vivo, Huawei, Meizu and many else chinese brands will eat apple in every asian country where any of above said brands will be available for sale.
