It's rumored to cost $1,500.

Moto, Right of the bat... Love the phone design.
However, If you really wanna sell, get the price under a 1000$, thought even at that price, with the specs & hardware looking the way they are, it'll be a hard sell.
Hopefully you'll manage something extraordinary.

CompactPhones5ever, 18 Oct 2019I really like the design, it's actually the first real fold... moreMaybe battery and dimension issues.

I really like the design, it's actually the first real foldable "phone" to me (except obviously the old symbian 'flip up' designs) because both Galaxy Fold, Huawei one and the Flexpad were more of a phablets that unfolded into tablets. This design is aimed at making the phone legit which I believe is a correct approach.

What I don't understand though, why would they put a 710 CPU into a $1500 phone. Why not just put a legit flagship CPU and make the price $1600 instead? The price doesn't make much difference at this point, but the CPU surely does.

This clamshells design actually would work. It's very pocketable. Nice.

Definitely interested to see a hands-on for this foldable device from Motorola.

            An icon is reborn.

I do hope they put SD855/SD855+ in it though. A premium phone deserves a premium chipset.

In any case, I'm looking forward to it. This could be Motorola's revolution.
