The pop-up selfie camera allows the 6.59" screen to cover 91% of the front while avoiding notches and punch holes.

It could be wrong but Honor does has an official US sales site where all of the phones there have only Chinese radios. https://www.hihonor.com/us/ We'll see when it's updated for the 9x International.

    This phone was only good cause of kirin 810. With 710F price should be around 150€,cause redmi note 8 pro is far better than this for 230€.

                    A kirin 710 "F... " instead of an 810 one ? What the .... its as if reserve everything better for the home market and the global market gets only the leftovers.

                        Gorilla Glass missing from both, unfortunately. After they start selling big, most manufacturers start cheapen themselves and removing features, no SD slots, no Gorilla Glass, higher prices, etc.

                        PS: How come we have the battery life numbers on the 9X so quick, and no review? It usually appeared after a review, and the 9X has just been announced, when did they have time to test the battery?! Is it fake?

                          Kirin 710? Ok, but you should sell it really cheap, otherwise... Also, the 4GB version shouldn't exist. 7X was 3/4GB, the 8X was 4/6GB, the 9X should have been 6/8GB, or at least 6GB only, I won't buy a 4GB midranger in 2020, sorry. And if you tell me "just buy the 6GB version and shut up", you should know that some markets only get the low RAM versions from Huawei/Honor, which is nasty of them.

                            Could've easily just launched globally. Realme just did it with the X2 Pro for instance

                            Could they have used the kirin 970? That wouldn't be banned would it?

                              Kirin 710 on honor device has got very weak WiFi. Never never try it. I have used 8x & 10 lite. Entry's level devices is much more powerful. Nova lite 655 & 2i 659 from earlier are much better. Now is end of 2019.l rather have 810 without Google mobile services

                                P30 Lite is infinitely better than this if you can excuse its 3340 mAh battery. Does not help that Night Shot is limited to 8 MP shots.

                                  And I am here still waiting for mid-range compact phone similar to the dimensions of Samsung Galaxy S10e. I think manufacturers don't want to take risk of investing small screen phones as the audience is less.

                                      Drop your best midrange processor
                                      Very nice Huawei keep it up you will lose the international market
