Calorie tracking even by the best smart watches like those from Apple aren't quite accurate. You can Google it.

    I have purchased Honor 5 1 year back. After completion of warranty period, screen snsivity gone. Regarding this I made contact with Honor and they suggested to visit service center which is 60km from my place. Alternatively they suggested for the exchange offer with the old one for which I have to pay Rs. 5500.00. Interestingly on online portal like flipkart it is available with Rs. 2500.00. With this who want to buy product from Honor? Let me know please. Stop buying any Honor product.

      I always using this when im working out.
      I mean, when i do cardio, or weightlifting..
      The question is..
      About the burned calories.
      Is it real count..???
      Have u ever compare the result with another smartband/smartwatch maybe?

                            antonis, 17 Dec 2019Hi, Do you know if the swimming measurement are accurate ?I took mine to a swimming pool to check this. You put in pool length and it detects when you make turns. It also tries to figure out your style, but it is hard to say how accurate is that and how it uses this for, for example, calorie burnt. Still, so far so good. However, it can give you some false data if you go for a break between laps. The screen is terrible to use with wet fingers and I myself have given up trying to switch off swimming measurement. So it added some extra info based on what I was doing in between, as I could not turn off sport activity. This added time to my laps, and given me few extra ones, while I was not swimming.

                                    xiamo mi band 4 is another option but it doesnt do a good job in heart rate sensoring.its way more unnaccurate.honor band so so so close to a real chest heart rate monitor the difference is like 1 to 2 percent and red mi has a difference of at least 7-9 % which is superbly unnaccurate
