That NFC costs like 3$ more for OEMs. Problem is, in now days and age, Chinese OEMs are on the top in Android world (Xiaomi is 4th), and in their home market, NFC is not used, because they use for all B code, even for exchange numbers

Would have preferred they add wireless charging, but it seems that a $5 coil will never make it into anything besides flagships on all the brands.

Nay... useless in my country, people here use cold h... moreWhile I personally don't really use NFC it's very useful in situations where you're trying to test a bluetooth headset in a shop full of bluetooth devices since you can just tap your phone on the side of the earcup with NFC and it's connected.

A lot of Chinese companies release very similar smartphones with different names, but this is the first time I've seen a smartphone company change a name just because of one little feature lol.
