Anonymous, 17 Mar 2012No phone in the world is "perfect" get that into ... morethe bugs are not minor issues but serious ones which make the overall user experience terrible. They are things like the phone not recognising your contacts when someone rings, screen rotation can take ages to the point where you think it no longer works, the browser is so flakey that after a couple of minutes it sometimes just stops working. thank god for task killer. the battry life is so poor that sometimes i can get 6 hours out of a charge and that is when i have hardly used the phone. a mobile phone that only lasts 6 hours is no longer a mobile phone as you have to have it permanently charging. other people have upgraded to ics and their wifi no longer works. Googles response has been dreadful. have a look at http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Google+Mobile/thread?tid=1c21a7e3690388b0&hl=en to see some of the issues and googles response (there isnt really one). if the bugs were so serious and so obvious that google pulled the release, i dont understand how they didnt find these issues before testing and pull the release before it went out

"I hope it is a bug fix version. I have ics on my nexus s and it is a bug ridden heap of junk. I have been waiting for Google to release a working version, or at least an easy way to roll back to gingerbread since the begining of this year. Since Google pulled the release due to the multiple bugs they have remained silent about when or even if they were going to fix the phone that their software has broken."
Android is a stolen OS. What do you expect? It will have a lot of bugs.

This is what written at Engadget .
" Own a Nexus S or Nexus S 4G? Wondering when you'll finally get to enjoy a tasty bite of Ice Cream Sandwich? One of our trusted sources has confirmed that Google is not abandoning you, and that an official Android 4.0 update for last year's Nexus is expected to drop in the next few weeks -- for reals this time. We'll keep you posted as we find out more, but for now there's always the DIY route if you're rocking the AWS model."
where is CDMA?

Are you serious GSMARENA?! All nexus s variants with the exception of the cdma version and the 4g are already running a ICS updated OS? lol
It rolled out at December 16 and then had been halted. Personally own a AT&T version and no update yet.
Get your facts together
