This device shouldn't get into the market it's really embarrassing for Huawei and for anybody even thinking to buy it! If Huawei want to lead and succeed it should stop copying Samsung's camera position, at least not on a tablet!
Oh and while we are at it.. do people really still use tablets (inc. ipads)! Just get a REAL Windows/Linux convertible (XPS 13 2-in-1, Surface, Samsung flex etc etc..) these are REAL powerful portable computers not like the half baked toys that run mobile OS!!

Well, I think even if Kirin 990 is inferior to A13 Bionic, thats not the issue here. Not even the punchole camera. The real issue the lack of powerfull tablet apps on Android. No procreate, goodnotes, affinity, Photoshop, etc etc etc etc

Either you put inexistent bezels and have a punch hole camera, or you have some tiny bits of bezels and get rid of that ugly design element.
You can NOT have both!
No wonder Android tablets are FAR INFERIOR to iPads!
Aside from performance (in which Apple could've just used the A11 Bionic chip from 2017 and still kick the Kirin 990's a**), their functionalities are simply disappointing.
This is basically an iPad Pro but with Android and made by an Android phone brand.
They also tend to work much faster and better, which is what power users are looking for.
They will be supported for longer times, with apps working better on them than on Android tablets.
And the best of all - they cost just about as much as Android tablets, which are often found with inferior specs and also inferior overall performance.
As much as I prefer Android's capabilities, iOS is simply an unrivalled OS when it comes to stability and optimization.
Basically every single damn feature on iOS works as they are intended at all times, while about half of the ones on Androids are hit-or-miss.

SigmaR, 01 Nov 2019Really? A punchhole in a tablet with bezels? Seriously, WTF??Yeah, this makes no sense. Why couldn't they just integrate the front facing camera inside the bezels, instead of creating a punch hole in the display just to accomodate it.

These guys are just copycats, I really don't want to see the future when these Chinese companies are the only major brands left.

Maybe huawei thinks the square design is boring.. need to punch a hole for gimmicky reasons.
