WP Tango aka Refresh to allow 8 apps running in background

The upcoming Windows Phone update will supposedly increase the multitasking limit up to 8 apps.

Did they confirm Arabic Language support?I have Nokia Lumia 800 Runs on WP7.5 , View Arabic language And With Some Apps You Can Write Arabic Also , But The Menu Stay In English Or Other Languages.
