Disappointing... If this used 835 with 64GB storage it was a good compatitor to the Tab S4. :P

Kunal Raj, 06 Nov 2019A smart move by LG in utilizing an aging flagship chip. App... moreThan you are stupid because 821 is on the level of 670, while 730G is much more powerful, not to mention energy efficient. Their decision to use 821 is just pure nonsense.

Still using the LG G6 with the same Chipset. Still very fast and does not really need to upgrade. Interested to get one

A smart move by LG in utilizing an aging flagship chip. Apple has been doing these for the last 5 years in their ipads. The only thing that is improving in flagship chips is their power efficiency which can be compensated by a good battery. I'd rather have an aging flagship chip than a Snapdragon 700 series chipset.

821! They could've gone for any of the newer 600 or 700 series that are more future-proof, more efficient, and less toasty and kept the price low. What's gotten into LG!?

Apple releases a tablet with a 2016 A10 cpu for 380 $ - ppl go....good price with a processor that is still good for most situations. Best buy. Will sell truckloads at that price

LG releases a tablet with a 2016 cpu for 380$ - what a joke with such an outdated cpu and at that price...dead on arival

Oh dear can someone tell LG its 2019 not 2016. As this so out of date. Even budget £100 tablet are way better. LG Are awesome and the best at OLED TV. And stick what your good at. Maybe this tab price should be £200 then.

Specs look like they are already outdated.
                        Besides tablet market is dead

Maybe they manufactured them three years ago and forgot to sell them! Then one day someone accidentally opened the storage and found them... :))

Why not snapdragon 712 or 730? Or even Helio G90T if price is an issue. But this is a great android tablet compared with many others. Hoping to see more mid range android tablets.

Sorry LG but if a faster iPad in my country is cheaper... that's saying something about this pricing.

I don't mind the outdated snapdragon. But selling it for the price like this one... I do mind. If it would be with much lower price, I would think of it.

Tibs, 05 Nov 2019Nah, you're better off with a top-of-the-line CPU from 2/3 ... moreThis is 2019 not 2015 current mid range like 730 can compete with last years flagship 845 so 821 is really outdated

Looks they have lots of 821 lying around

LG should just keep their R&D on whitegoods

"back on the tablet scene" lol. LG be following HTC footsteps with full force. It's funny how bureaucracy and greed always get in the way of innovation.
