The comments in here are so funny i've gone to get some popcorn. You can clearly tell the iphone fanbois saying they own a ROG2, but clearly don't.

Guys, being a user of both ROG Phone 2 (International Version) and iPhone 11 (the cheaper 11, not the Pro), allow me to comment objectively.
Overall Performance:
iPhone definitely wins in overall performance. This is due to the software design and the A13 chip. I have to admit, Apple SoC is definitely is always better because of the OS as well.
Hardware:
ROG Phone 2 wins in this area. Talking about heat, I am sorry to say that iPhone loses in this aspect. Also, just personally, I do not like the notch. I am comparing COD between the 2 phones. Surprisingly, the iPhone 11 does not support the Max Level for frame rate in COD Mobile but the Xs supports it. So if I set both to the same level, meaning I lower one level of frame rate for ROG Phone 2, the ROG Phone 2 hands-down wins it.
Personally I am using ROG Phone 2 more because I like the front blasting speakers which sounds really good and a notchless screen.
I am sorry to say that IP rating is really not something useful to me. Since ancient time when phones do not have it, I never had a phone that had a problem due to rain and dust. But of course it is important to some people.
Needless to say, camera wise, iPhone wins but for me, the ROG Phone 2's camera is usable.
End of the day, a phone will always depends on its user. I don't think there is a need to argue. Also, just to add on, I also do not have dust in my camera issue.
Oh also, the ROG Phone 2 battery life is really good and I can fully charge it in around 1 hour 30 mins.

2nd, who givea a s_t about non-customisable OS. IPhone 11 has 5-6 years of software updates, OS is simpler, more secure, etc. No need to look at the iPhone if you dislike ios, even Samsungs with Android Pie has better security and features assuming no customisations have been done, because Oreo is outdated. Oh not to mention it's unclear what happens if you mod the software, as it's possible the warranty gets cancelled.
And quit BS, US price of 512GB ROG is stated at $899, iPhone 11 is $699. If you happen to buy the cheaper Tencent version, enjoy your rubbish Chinese crap with an unclear future and residuals. Hate the iPhone 11, remember you have the OnePlus 7 Pro hahahah

2. There is a Bluetooth-connected display cube, but user must be very close to it rendering useless (go check GSMArena's article)
3. The suitcase is a gimmick to the accessories set. Only to look good visually, but excessive.
4. Gamepad adds weight for already a heavy phone.
Ok let's make the airtriggers a plus for the phone. But aside from that, nothing much special, really. Does perform well on games of course, just wait for a few years to come and you'll see how this phone performs. Will rather get an iPhone 11 Pro Max plus change instead for ROG+fully kitted accessories, thanks keep your brick :v

No big screen, weak 720p resolution, no 120hz display, no dual USB 3.1 type C port, no accessory support, no Quad WiFi, no 3.5 mm jack, no proper stereo speakers,no dedicated multiple amplifiers, no expandable storage or Otg support, sub-par software where you can't even tune the Soc, no dedicated gaming mode, no emulator support, no RGB, ugly on the back, ugly notch up on the front, no thermal cooling, weak fast charging and half the battery of ROG 2
Why would I buy 700$ iPhone for gaming? I am getting much more than that at 550$ for the ROG 2

In a world where headphone jack is dying, we need two of them so we can still listen and charge at the same time. No one does it but Asus nailed it properly. I don't have Type C headphones to test it but it's possible.

-I Had HTC One, Galaxy Note Edge and LG V20, none had IP Cert and i didn't have any problem. but camera dust is an issue for sure.
-I had Asus Laptops in the past and didn't have problem with after sales and guaranty, the kit and accessories are expensive for sure but are not a MOST.
-Asus is trying better support and software updates are arriving. But if you have issues with android thats another story
So overall all you said are wrong. also there is a 8/128gb tencent version for 500 dollars, is that expensive too?????
