Currently using kirin 659 midrange phone. Still relevant through 2019. And it's cheap!

And Kirin 980 are better than SD845 in CPU department, loose a bit on GPU. But with supported Gpu Turbo games, it can goes on par & even some of it were better. AI performance are a lot better, with better battery efficient 7nm SoC. U better check your resources. Like i said earlier, not even heaviest apps & heaviest games yet can hurt its performance.

Again, what device did u use?

I am not saying its not good, which it is, but stellar as an adjective ? Look up the word stellar and see what it means. And by the way, looking at benchmarks the Kirin 980 gpu is not even close to SD 845 gpu.

Next time br... moreCalling a 1.5 year old chipset, and even when it came out it was behind the latest Snapdragon, a still stellar performer is too much.. its good no doubt but stellar ? No, and it never was. I am on my third Huawei phone now, and they are good value no doubt. But stellar performance ? No never, too much lag and throttling. Maybe one day they will catch up.

This is one of the best looking phones of the year to my opinion. Google, pay attention! I wish new Pixels were looking something like this as least. And more importantly, opposite to Pixel 4 it has no cut corners and major drawbacks for the price. Bravo, Huawei!

Real life usage? Havent found any single apps or games can make my Mate 20 lag, even at highest quality level. I wonder what phone are you using?
