OnePlus has been stalling the improvements (in-terms of practicality) over the years while simultaneously increasing the prices. It has merely been riding the spec-bump wave of the market. So each iteration was worse, from a value perspective, than the one it replaced. And things get worse outside the USA, with no control on prices in the grey market.

The only outlier is the OnePlus 2 which should be in position #2 but its demoted downwards since it too was plagued with the infamous QSD 810 chipset and the Cyanogen Inc debacle.

While apple updated iPhone 4s 3 months ago, a phone that was released in 2011!! And iPhone 6s which was released in 2015 will get updated till the end of 2020! Thats why i use iPhone.

I'm disappointed with OnePlus since they started to use the 48 mp gemmick camera, but this is an excellent phone and i'm happy they offer so long support for their devices (instead of releasing lots of useless devices with just 1 or maybe 2 year support like samsung and huawei do)

The best phone i ever had. Will miss you OnePlus 3. It's been a good 3 years journey with you. Never seen a phone receiving 3 major android updates..
