Apple removes all user reviews and ratings from its website

Apple no longer trusts its own customers’ ratings to display them publicly.

Its a great move by Apple to do it, Many people who dont buy Apple products also put false reviews and cause alot of confusion and mis-understanding. I hope all companies do the same.

        Rachel 15, 22 Nov 2019Who needs user reviews 😅🤣😂People that care about a product before buy and discover if there are problems with it or have flaws, etc. Of course Apple seems not interested in that. Their products are perfect, "cheap" and the most "innovative" ones even if those innovations are adopted 6 years after others invented them.

        Apple reviewer: Look at the first iPhone with USB-C WOW, of course with our "traditional" old slow lightning port on the other extreme. Innovation!!! Awesome!!! Buy the new cables!!! And all the sheep of the Apple church clapping around the reviewer.

        And don't forget our dogma and hold your phone properly if something goes wrong!

          Just imagine if an Apple product gets nothing but great reviews on the website, then everyone and their dog is going to be saying that Apple censors their own reviews. Or worse yet, writes fake reviews. You can't have it good without the bad. The best thing is for Apple to remove that section. That's not taking sides one-way or another, and makes it easier to maintain their site.

          If someone wants negative reviews of Apple products they can find that somewhere else. If they want positive reviews of Apple products that too is somewhere else. For truthful/neutral reviews that's harder to find.

            Apple: " You need to pay us double, triple of amount what you pay now for our every generation of devices despite us offering any worthwhile upgrades to them. why? because you don't need them. we know that best "

            Apple: " we'll continue to demote our old products by giving you "updates" to limit your device's functionality or ditching support to all older devices and force you to upgrade them yet you need to keep buy them. because we are the only ones who are supposedly best out there"

            Apple;" We don't need your opinion about our devices, we don't want to hear any complaints either. but if you're willing to promote our devices feel free to do so and even put some exaggeration while you're at it. we might be even willing to pay you for that."

There's no we... why would they remove? because of the reviews of a non-Apple users? it's just that they don't accept the fact that there are flaws even other companies. Companies don't give don't representation or guarantee that their products will operate uninterrupted or error free and that is the reason why they have warranty in the first place.

                    When I was buying apple product, their website was last place where I was looking for some info.

                                    So customers that bought the product and are disappointed can't be trusted? OHHHhhh i undertand, those you should trust according to Apple are those webs, media and people who receive free phones and grants for youtube reviews, influencers, etc... YEAHHH....

                                    NO RATINGS FROM REAL CUSTOMERS = NO BUY

                                      This will also help potential buyers if they will give it a go or no-go.
                                      But hey, Mr. Apologist, your Apple is scared that it would affect buyer's preference so they decided to remove it publicly.
                                      But then again, you wouldn't care because you are just here to defend your ever-loving Apple.

                                        Hey, what's the problem?
                                        As we all know, Apple is infallible, just like the pope! His Supreme Excellency Mr. Cock, err, Cook is also revered like the pope, and Apple is more like a religious cult than anything else.
                                        So, now that we've safely established that Apple is infallible, we cannot have mere mortals rate Apple! That would be sheer heresy!
