Got my update.. but apart from face unlock.. what does it do.. should at least have something like imessage or use camera from the lock screen!!

I have updated my o2 Galaxy S2. Kies flagged the availability of the update immediately . Be warned that on my phone at least, I have lost usb on the go support for optical mice which is disappointing. No usb keyboard support either on mine.
Everything else updated easily. Web browser speed improvement very noticeable.

Im on O2 UK and the ICS update wont show up in Kies! It says I already have the latest update which is Gingerbread (Android 2.3.4)? Can anyone help?
