Window Phone 7 takes top 3 spots for top rated phones on Amazon and many more in top 20 even though there aren't many WP7 phones released, while there are hundreds of Android phones. It shows you that Windows Phone has better user experience for people. Windows Phone is better if you're frustrated with slow updates, lag, bugs and malwares on Android.

ok, 03 Apr 2012what r these reports useful for ????
what do they convey ???They convey the rate of adoption for firmware versions. It is very apparent that Android has a slow adoption rate, due to the UI skinning issue.
iOS 5 for example is already near 70% adoption.
This kind of information is interesting for software developers, as they would be able to plan their compatibility better.

So the article title says ICS on the rise, but then the actual article says that ICS hasn't improved, and the article summary says it has dropped....uhhhh really?

Just received ics on my sensation xe on o2 today! So far all the changes have been brilliant, get about 15% more from battery and the whole OS feels slicker and more refined, more like iOS but better.

AnonD-252, 03 Apr 2012ICS drain battery more than GB when the phone/screen is use... moreUnfortunately you dont understand what update ICS really brings. Its not only eye candy and stuff. It uses GPU properly. Also takes proper use of the Dual cores. Also battery killing you say? Use badass battery and find out which app is killing it. I get 2 days usage easy out of my phone (galaxy Note)..Lol Ics upgrtade is like upgrading from xp to win 7...But for noobs like you...stay with GB.

ICS drain battery more than GB when the phone/screen is used, but ICS drain less when on standby! Many apps and games are not fully supported on ICS! ICS only look "good" but is less usable! Miren is better than ICS-browser, and Chrome look "good" but do not even have text-reflow or Adobe Flash!
ICS is a very bad "upgrade", even a worse "upgrade" than Windows Vista was for PC!

Quite sad that Galaxy W will never get the update. But at least those who get it will be the test rats for google to use to find the bugs in the different products:p but still sad. Its quite good of a phone so far:)

Gingerbread is boring and not looking good, those brands and carriers took forever to deliver ICS to their customers, it was out for a season already maybe it's not stable but better than nothing... I mean everyone wants to get update if they have a choice, i mean why we spent a lot money on smartphone with poor support.

well. there is a very slight mistrake.
In android honeycomb 3.2 version the feb record was 2.1% and the march record is 2.2% that it has risen 0.1% but there is showed that it dropped 0.1% please correct that mistrake..

yes it is expected result as samsung promises customers for ICS but does not give them they roll it out for countries which uses less products thinking that because of the update they will be able to get more sales.. but they fail to understand to give update for the country which uses their products in the most... so how come ICS grow....????

ICS update rollouts are only just really starting now - and with Sony delaying until mid-April...
I'd really like to see a 20% increase in ICS!
