To help with accuracy, make sure you enter all the correct data into the app.
I did 30-minute excercises over a period of a week using my Mi Band 4 & Reebok ONE GX60 cross trainer ... then I compared the calories count between the two. The differences were around 5-10 calories each time.

But the other functions are super good. I use it to open the doors, unlock my phone, barcode pay, bus&subway NFC, and check messages. And the outlooking is more fashionable(I got the orange one), more dial options with customized designs.

I'm using Mi Band 4 for swimming and jog,no more... So Mi Nand 4 fits my need and quote cheap too..

Sorry Xiaomi, but I'm not impressed with Mi Band 4. I'm still doubting about its accuracy. The much more expensive Fitbit Inspire HR is much more accurate in my experience. Honestly for the same price as the Mi Band 4, I rather go for the Honor Band 5.
