On my second GNex, and this one has more problems than the first--and I didn't think it was possible to get any worse for call reliability. Ran for a couple days on 4.0.2 (stock) and hated it. Rooted and went to 4.0.4 and it didn't improve anything, despite the new software for the radios. Can't say 4.0.4 was worse than .2, but it didn't help me. I'm reflashing to stock and am getting rid of this phone before I test its flight capabilities off the roof here. This is almost as disappointing as an i-don't-Phone in the earlier days.

I haven't had any problems with 4.0.2 on my GNexus, and the battery life has actually be great. I was a bit worried about the battery life after reading a bunch of reviews but for how I use it, it lasts just as long as my Nexus S did with such a beautiful screen :)

I have now given up with the galaxy nexus. To the point where i have blown off the dust on my old iphone 3gs and have started using that again! Unless google sort this out the phone is getting traded in and im going straight over to a nokia lumia. I need a phone that i can rely on!

Android has its problems, more so than any other OS it seems, but it's still got tremendous support.

Updated my SGS2 to ICS unbranded O2, and it was okay, but I'll wait until it's as stable as Gingerbread 2.3.4, which is still great. For custom ROMS, I'll wait for CheckRom to release v.7 ^^

Just like MS, GOOG cannot get an OS right the first time. Wait for ICS 4.1, just like you wait for the first SP of any new Windows version.
I personally love my N1 on GB
