Using the Nexus s and had it since the beginning.Updated to 4.0.4 and so called improvements are not there. At least, using experience wise, not there. The camera is still slow, the battery is same as in 4.0.3 which is worst than 2.3.6 an the launcher still crashes. Been way against Apple products so far, but as tested side by side, ...Iphone just works....just works..I am willing to try either Apple or Windows. Definitely moving away from Android as I had enough...

That is pretty strange, because i had these network problems with 4.0.1 and with 4.0.2 (original stock roms), but when i upgraded to 4.0.4 the problems were solved. Anyway, this is a pretty nasty bug to have, i wish google would make an update for the galaxy nexus to repair this issue once and for all...

Google seems not getting it right.
Fixing bugs always comes before adding new features.

I'm not having such issues with the 4.0.4 update. Could being connected to Google services be avoiding my GNex to enter deep sleep? If the phone has no service and I receive a call (which I do very frequently during the day), my operator sends me a message notifying me of the people who weren't able to reach me. This has never happened with 4.0.4 yet...
FWIW my phone is a yakjuuxw converted yakju...

Havent noticed any problems after the update..
I am noticing faster startup speads.. more ram avaiable . It used to be around 358 mb of ram available and now it's around 430 mb ram ..
It kind of feels like andoid is using less system resources ..
The camera seems a bit slower starting up .. other than that I havent noticed anything bad.

I'm loving the new update. Didn't have any issues whatsoever with the phone signal while on sleep mode. The phone is now rock stable and all the random reboots are gone. Running stock 4.0.4 on my GSM GNex.
