Vivo nex 3 5g!!!!! Fast software, good Palm reflection software, battery lasts longer than not 10 +. Display is brighter, easier to handle because it's round. Accessing notification toggles from bottom is so much better. Switched from now 10+

But one of the things is the Pen, which adds it to some value and makes it different.

They are all arguably better than the Note 10+, because aside from the expected bump in specs, they've all innovated in one way or another. Samsung hasn't innovated since a while now (except the Galaxy Fold, but that is not a mass-market product).

Yes, Samsung Note is the best flagship. There is ... moreNote 10 is best because it has a pen? Are you kidding me? Samsung has been putting S-Pens on their Notes since 2011. The reason why no competitor has copied it on their phones is because there's practically no demand for it. There are very few people who like the concept of the S-pen, and even fewer users who actually use it (I have many friends who have Samsung Note phones, but I've never seen them actually use their S-Pens).
The reasoning you mentioned is very weak buddy. Try again.

Yes, Samsung Note is the best flagship. There is really not much more to say. I don't like Samsung and honestly, I would care less about their phones, but once I think what is the best phone out there, it is Note. Once I start to think about the size, I know the device is not for me, but it is still the best out there. There is no other device that offers a pen and collaboration with it.
If you think about what is the most popular device, it would be one of the Xiaomi, you can see it on popularity each week.
Personally, I'm waiting for another smaller device and most of those available aren't for me.

In real life usage ... moreI think the speakers are still so-so, I have tested the standard 11.
Not sure about audio quality with the head/earphones. But yeah the rest is fine and Apple did listen to their customers. Except the decent design and lack of 5G.
