Megaintelcore , hate to burst ur bubble but both Nokia and Accenture have repeatedly stated that they will continue to support AND develop Symbian at least thru 2016 . As I understand ir , that includes new phones . Plus , Symbian has at least 4 more updates : ( Belle ) FP1 , FP2 , Carla , and Donna .
Gsmarena , the 306 might be Meltemi , Nokia has confirmed two upcoming low end Meego devices , and both Meltemi and Meego r Linux based . Cheers !

Anonymous, 08 Apr 2012weird.... it looks like it can charge from the headphone jack....Please check again. The charging will be done from the middle port on the top which is the micro-USB port.

i cant believe all these people with more knowledge than nokia. all the, i know this i know that. GSM arena have given you some information. there not sure themselves. how can all these people know more.
looks like a budget handset. anyway i dont care as i have a lumia 800 its amazing and works wonders.

Guys Get ure facts right !! Nokia said they will not continue symbian and the last symbian deice was be 808 PureView, This is Nokia Asha 306 which will not feature S40 Nor WP7, It will feature the linux-based meltemi OS, (s40 will be replaced by Meltemi ! thats what nokia said) :)
