My Xperia Ray isn't in the list yet but I reckon it'll be ready soon. My PC Companion updated itself a few days ago so I know it's ready.

I'm from India and yesterday night I got an update alert from Sony for my Xperia Neo V and I'm surprised... Now I've found the real reason behind the early ICS update, I've downloaded the latest version of Sony PC Companion software from their UK website and now I'm enjoying ma new fluidy interface... Thank U so much Sony....

if u read from source, u'll see that most of countries will get update within 4-6 weeks n also worse for me cuz i hv xActive which means i'll get update next year *sigh* *facepalm*
