Well, Samsung finally started the race of the ugliest phones of 2020. For now iPhones win followed by Pixels although seems that Samsung can still catch and be more ugly than Pixels. We will see when released.

I really think its mighty ugly... but again, its just a fingerprint smudged device... maybe it'll look better new?
But anyways, I believe that they should stick to 4 cameras maximum, but make each of them more versatile, like,
1. a good telephoto can also double up as portrait + macro camera, if they make it well...
2. one camera could be black and white, which can also output colour pics using artificial colouring input from main cam, like Huawei did,
3. The depth sensor duties can be given to any other cam, like wide angle or so,
By the way, the leaker is a damn boss, he's taking pics where photos are not allowed and he leaked info as well. Funny. :D

delusion950, 13 Jan 2020Because basically Apple had the same design since iPhone 6 ... more No. Its just that iOS needs less amount of RAM compared to Android. Yeah, Apple could have placed more RAM, but it is what it is. Place them both with the same amount of RAM like maybe 4gb or better and let's see which device will perform like a fish out of the water? Even if Apple has less RAM, but the performance it does do not feel and look like baggy to me. iOS in reality just really performs better than Android.

Only the S20 Ultra will have 108 mp sensor. S20 will have 3 cameras one of them being improved 12 mp main camera from S10 +, an ultra wide sensor and a telephoto sensor. S20+ will have the same cameras with a fourth camera and S20 Ultra will have a 108 mp main sensor five cameras in total.

Samsy, 13 Jan 2020Samsung does a very good job at putting stuff into a phone ... moreIn reality, sadly if you sat in the room with the design team with any phone maker and you told them exactly what you want, how you want it, what you need, you'd still find things to nag about and complain about. Moral of the story is there will never be a phone that is 100% designed to be absolutely loved by the person holding it. Human kind will never be satisfied with anything because we don't know how to respect.

delusion950, 13 Jan 2020Because basically Apple had the same design since iPhone 6 ... moreSamsung does a very good job at putting stuff into a phone that many people don't need like curved displays, half-backed fingerprint readers, average batteries, stylus you have to force yourself to use it, enormous screens of which you use only 50% of it most of the time, reverse wireless charging which I never met anyone ever that found it lifesaving or useful, a bunch of settings that start to annoy over time etc.

Joke aside, regarding the zoom camera, i prefer 3x (80mm) way way more than 5x periscope zoom...its a perfect setup for portraits & street photography. Plus Mate 30 Pro already proven even u have 3x optical, its 5x hybrid & 10x are comparable to the 5x periscope setup that P30 Pro has.

Not really. That's reserved for the 5x/10x zoom, which is on the very top model. All 3 models don't have the 108MP sensor.

It looks better than what I have expected. This time the exynos Mali GPU should perform as like as the adreno one. Because Samsung is using 11 core G77 while Dimensity 1000 is using 9 core. Everyone(well most people) is saying Dimensity will perform as close as Qualcomm's 865 or better( actually it's not possible).
In that logic exynos 990 is even better(20% GPU perf over the Dimensity 1000).

I don't like new Galaxy S's names. I prefer Galaxy S11e, S11 and S11+. It's match better with Galaxy A and Galaxy M families.

Samsung gave you more RAM, more GB's, wireless charger, fast charger, telephoto camera, 5G device. Overall just a nasty device if you own a 12GB RAM device packed with 1TB memory. Samsung does it better period.
