All Samsung Galaxy S20 models will have 12GB of RAM

We doubt we'll see a 16GB model. On the plus side, the base model will match the top model, unlike last year with S10e (6GB) and S10+ (12GB).

    It's a good thing that all S20 models are coming with 12 GB RAM. But I see a whole bunch of moaners here instead. If you don't like Exynos, get some other brands.

                        Its good move for others greedy companies to add more ram even I won't ever buy samsung again.
