To ruin this phone further, as in all iPhones, this also will come with their favorite wide and ugly notch on front side at top level as usual. Price will start from minimum $599.

Now that's some interesting news. Latest chip, small form factor, bigger screen-to-body ratio. If they put the frosted glass and not some cheat plastic in the back it will definitely be one of my choices for 2020 if apple keep the $399 price tag. It for sure wont have headphone jack though.
