Must have, if you use it for AR and smart glasses. Just ads alone will be a load of data. Well, I would prefer smart glasses instead of usual heads down...
Still in my country I would place stable(and possibly also fast) connection outside of city first. Wonder what G will use satellites or balloons.

      Yeah and to have 6g to work out all you need is a network tower attached with your phone. Bingo.

            Nobody cares about that, same as this whole 5G craze. Yet they push this stuff down our throats. Did Qualcomm seriously need mandatory 5G chip on 865 even if it was not ready and hurts performance? Which percentage of 865 users will be able to take advantage 5G coverage? Like 0.00005%?

            That's the same percentage as people that care about 6G theoretical speeds or take issue with 3.5mm jack and SD card being present in "premium" smartphones.

            What happened to Note 10? Where is Xperia compact version? Why is S20 ditching headphone jack? Is it that they are braindead or did Corona-chan got to them?

                  With LTE the theoretical max promised is 1 Gbit/s --> real world max 30-50MBit/s
                  With 5G NR the theoretical max promised is 20 Gbit/s --> real world 1GBit/s in empty mmWave network (rain can block the connection), low band sub-6-GHz (T-Mobile US) achieved a minimum 30-50Mbit/s
                  maximum 4G speed (developed network) = minimum 5G speed (early network) --> 6G will probably max out at a realistic 100-150MBit/s in a crowded network so no 50 4k movies in a second 😂

                              China and Japan are already working on 6G. And plan to have 6G implemented by 2030.
