This news not come from pioneer of innovation lol

I don't know if this site posted this article about Sony, NTT and Intel will joining force for adopting 6G and not only that but phones that will be charged in one year for a single charge

oh man! you need to have something faster then NVMe SSD! in mobile department not in PC!

Gsmarena, you're not aware about the use cases of such speed?

Well, firstly it won't work at its top speed anywhere in the world. Expect 1/10th realistically, which is 100GB/ second.
It will be used in highly advanced Android devices, which can use the bandwidth to keep us connected to the cloud world continuously, and new concepts will keep on evolving.

AI will judge what we want by what we're seeing & hearing, entire mind tracking will happen on a big level. As for video content, maybe 12K video will become a standard with Dolby Audio by then.
            What else?
Honestly, whatever we're doing in mobile world will happen on a bigger scale...

Game streaming will be the norm thanks to 6G. Except, Stadia will die just like all other Google projects.

pajson89, 31 Jan 2020Huawei is alredy testing 6GAnd also Docomo, and LG is developing their 6G

The only benefit is that 4G would be less crowded, leading to increase in speed that it must be capable of reaching.
Then it would also be cheaper, which makes it easier for people to settle for it instead.

I can't even figure out a use for 4G. I'm still rocking almost the slowest I can get, 1Mbps, which is perfectly fine for Waze navigation and Spotify.

Or would you be like: 'Wow, since I got 6G, I shall go on bigger sites, with auto running 8K videos, and 500 MB images and ads loading'.

                              You tell me.

You said the person would stream higher video resolutions and upload 4K video via data, well, that's the problem here, the person is behaving differently with their phone because they have faster internet speeds.
It wouldn't be the same usage as if the person had 4G.

i don't even have 5g and these ppl who eat raw snakes ! are supposed to have 6g?

Seen so many people get swayed by some scheming telcos saying their plans are unlimited.

By the way, it's not hard to visualize losing 60gb in a blink of an eye on 1Tb/s connection.

Just download a 60+gb movie and poof.
