Wouldn't that have more to do about your phone multitasking abilities and RAM?

5g is shit. I bet 6g is shittier.
Why you ask? Range. You need a gazillion 5g devices to achieve the same coverage as one 4g device.

This is because there is a finite amount of space in which you can transmit. In order to increase bandwidth 5g increases frequency (signal goes at higher frequency, so you gain bandwidth). When you do this range decreases and ability to go through matter decreases. You can mitigate that by emitting a more powerful signal, but this consumes a lot of power and you can only go so far until you start frying all living things around it. This is also why there's always concerns about 5g causing cancer (and in fact 4g 3g and 2g as well, which were already fairly high power for the exact same reason)

Same reason why 5ghz wifi doesn't go as far as 2.4ghz wifi. But 5g goes crazier than that.

At the end of the day if you use 5g in the very few places where it's enabled you LL see that as soon as you walk 10m away from the cell the signal drops. 50m it's gone... Given the drawbacks, it's very inefficient, and terrible for the environment.

6g is going to be even worst. These tech are just there to make money, not solve a need. That's why they're not really pushed hard in the Western world

AnonD-834088, 31 Jan 2020So my 60gbts a month will be gone in a week LOL,no thanks ,!If you visit the same sites and download the same things I don't see how your data would be gone faster.
It just load things faster, it doesn't use more data.
If a site load 2 MB of ressources on 4G, shouldn't it load the same 2 MB even if you use 6G?
I would be more worried about auto updates.

People with capped data would be fools to avail this along with their so-called 5G future proofing when lots of super duper cheap 5G phones will come out anyway and their current data plan is on suitable for 3G/4G ones. lul
