        I only use stock camera for photos and gcam sometimes.

        Rog 2 doesn't have triple cam but it does 4K60 EIS (surprisingly good footage without OIS).

        And most flagships from 2019 do 4K60 EIS.

          name to me just one device had it before G8/V50
          I told you before G8/V50 were the first android phone with 4K60fps EIS(out of the box no thirdparty app.. nothing ,not to mention the full manual video control)
          next time do your search before arguing too much.

            All flagships in 2019 do except pixel and Sony which doesn't offer 4K60 out of the box.

                  You can compare this to music industry 10 to 15 years ago. People like you thought that making radio ready song needs who expensive studio with thousands of gear. Nowdays everyone can produce radio ready song in their home if they have skills.

                  Same is happening in mobilephotography and videography industry.                         Besides You do realize that these ppl are paid to shoot these movies on iPhone? More like a publicity stunt. Same as celebrities saying they use a particular brand. Apple spends a huge part on marketing.

                        You still haven't answered my question. How many people buying the smartphone will use this feature professionally? If the answer is very few then it goes into the gimmicky category.

                                Even YouTubers shoot with big professional cameras/drones etc.

Though the sensors were terrible, the camera didn't have OIS and the processors was just bad news. It's called image/sensor fusion. Though one can obtain the same or better results with a single sensor. One could do even more with a single sensor if its incorporated smartly.

                                      Because according to my knowledge many professionals use smartphone video. Because according to my definition any person who uses his/her video to earn money is a professional.
                                      If your definition says only big professionals or celebrity professions are only professionals then I have nothing to say except this
                                      even those high end professionals used smartphone to capture video for professional use occasionally.
