As for Huawei, i guess it depend on your region, I known more people using Huawei than Samsung right now, mostly the P-series.

OS prior to S7 is pretty much trash even when compared to Xiaomi back then. Switched from S6 to Xiaomi Note 3, way superior memory management and stability on the XM for a device that cost 1/4 the price of the S6.

Anonymous, 10 Feb 2020Where is S6 edge? I'm using it right now. It lags sometimes... moreChanged my S6 to Xiaomi Note 3 back then, never looked back. S6 as a flagship has got poorer memory management than the Note3, just a little opening apps, but apps got killed way more often.

The regular Galaxy S9 DID NOT have a dual rear camera setup! It was the Galaxy S9+ which was the first S series phone which had 2 rear cameras. The infographic needs correction.

ditching the 3.5mm jack is a total mistake. a wireless speaker can never sound better than a wired speaker. I am looking forward to seeing what LG can offer in this 2020.

            I bought the S4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 before.

There is an error the S10e only has a display resolution of 1080 x 2280 not 1440 x 2960 as it is shown in the infographic.

wasox, 10 Feb 2020I agree with you to some extent, but all things are changi... moreExactly. And that's why this is scary. People think it's just a phone when you say you didn't like the way Apple was. But it digs into a much deeper meaning.
And unfortunately the rest are not much better now.

And what's even more sad is that these companies are so cruel and building a horrible future... And people are eating it up. Either being separated and not caring at all. Or going as far as to defend these companies and make excuses.

Meanwhile everything from phones, computers, cars, home, the FDA with food and even medical implants all favor corporate greed over true standards. The amount of medical implants than only have to be FDA cleared.... Not approved... Cleared... That have hurt and killed people is insane.

Even shampoo/condioner. They all claim how they are so amazing and fix your hair.... Which dead hair cannot be fixed... They are really just full of alcohol and chemicals to fill it. And they deposit reflective chemicals into broken hair stands to make it "look shinier". But they'll say it's a special blend of exotic nutrients that is God's gift your hair. And then slap a 10 to 30 dollar price tag.
When in reality they are directly or indirectly causing issues for people. Even if they are not hurting your scalp directly they leave a lot of people in rough shape. Cause if you have problems you'll spend years using a product that says it's specialized to help but it's really not so the issue is going untreated.

The charcoal craze? Companies were so fast to jump on it and advertise how perfect it is and safe. Like toothpaste. When really it can barely whiten anything except surface stains. And can actually stain rougher or older teeth.
And what's really scary is that it's way too abrasive for normal use. Continued use will wear away enamel. If you have sensitive teeth or cavities... Those are about to get worse. If you don't have those issues yet... Keep using that stuff ever day. You will soon enough.
But companies were so quick to sell it to you and say how amazing it is.

And cars like you said. Likes charge 1000s to tend of thousands for something... And make sure it falls apart in many ways over the years. Or if you buy a new or used car but don't spend an extra few grand on top to get an extended warranty and your transmission goes in less than 2 years and under 100k miles... But you are past your 1 year warranty... It's not your responsibility?????? Excuse me?

There are some mistakes here... but yeah, Samsung did a great job.

Didn't do proper research, S9 didn't come with dual camera at the back, Only the S9+ did.

And that was about the time upgrades starting being held back. Not for a lack of current tech. It just wasn't being used anymore. And many unique designs and features started dwindling away.
Just underwhelming glass slabs that cost more and more. That now don't even have room for a headphone jack....

But at least it's skinny and looks good. That's all that matters.

One UI is my fav part of the whole journey which makes the Samsung devices very unique,
other brands do work on the hardware piece like the camera, battery, chipset and so on, but Samsung is the only brand evolved in both h/w and s/w development

"Evolution". Losing the removable batt was of the worst devolutions in the history of mobiles. In one year of heavy use your battery is trashed, your mobile's SoC underperforms due to not being pumped with constant voltage, your screen starts to develop "blemisges" (espec LCD ones, again due to the uneven voltage).

Sealing the batteries should be illegal, honestly. It puts a low life expectancy to your mobile. It is impossible to keep it juiced up during particularly harsh days, it is a disaster. You should change your battery every 8-14 months of heavy use. Good luck doing that with sealed batteries.

Really, even if you improved everything else, devolving this one mostly negates everything else...
