I said I want a good cheaper phone...not a cheap cheaper phone.
and I'm definitely not worried about my phone being water proof... I'm not stupid enough to drop my phone in water.
OnePlus just makes very good phones.
I'd even take a Motorola phone over Xiaomi...and Motorola has been struggling lately...their first good phone in a while, is the G8 plus.

Eve... moreIt's the fluidity and the speed of the software, I use Nova launcher too, but OnePlus launcher isn't that bad, it is simple and have all the bare minimum. I use Nova cause i need more functions, but Nova isn't smooth like OnePlus launcher.

Why the Punch hole camera.... The One Plus 7 pro which im using looks anytime better with a mechanical approach and a clear full screen without any irritation on the screen.

I want a company that takes their time and puts out a really good phone...like OnePlus and Sony. I'm more interested in higher ppi and a must is stereo speakers. One thing I love about OnePlus is that they started putting a cooling system in their phones...phones should not be getting super hot anymore, it's dangerous and annoying. You give me a phone with at least 500ppi, great stereo speakers, a 4000+ battery, a cooling system, and 2 great cameras...and only costs $500 or less ( cause there is no reason in the world ANY PHONE should cost over $500) and you will have a lifetime customer in me!!

I personally think we are getting far too carried away with all this extra cameras nonsense on a smartphone!! I just want a camera that works...takes nice pictures and gives great Skype video calls. Except for that it's a ZTE... I love the new Red Magic 5G... 1 camera in the front and 1 camera in the back! What more do you need??? I don't want to feel like I can reach out and touch the person in the picture... I just want a good looking clear picture!!
Anything else is completely unnecessary.

With Samsung keeps creeping up their Galaxy S prices, it wouldn't be a surprise that sooner or later, we will see a $1000 OnePlus phone. OnePlus has been increasing their prices every time they release a new phone. BBK wants OnePlus to be their "western" brand, thus it has mostly clean stock-ish Android (contrary to their Chinese counterparts), better OS update, and of course, premium pricing.

OnePlus is the only decent Chinese brand that makes decent smartphones and software that's frequently updated. Every other Chinese company is pure and utter crap lol.
