I.couldn't have said it better myself.

Amen!!!!

We all know what we saw with Jerry Rig's video - that screen behaved exactly the same as the Galaxy fold screen - just like plastic.

Samsung claimed that they are using UTG (ultran thin glass). Couldn't find in your link anything about that.
But... it can be scratched with your fingernail same as plastic.
Let's see reviews after couple of month usage.

I have used custom ROM on all my previous phones.

Samsung updates are good especially for flagships.
Pixel updates are overrated. Most of the newer versions are simply incorporating features from other Android skins from Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus, etc.
These Android skins are as fast as pixel in 2020 with added features and functionality that Pixel phones lack.

The Z Flip has a glass screen. It does not have a silica glass screen. Nobody has ever said that. Nobody has ever expected that.

The Razr has a plastic screen. The difference is quite obvious when you look at them, where the difference is.

It can be a bit confusing, as silica glass is the commonly used type. But, if we compare the Z Flip with the Razr, the difference is quite obvious. The Razr's screen looks like plastic, feels like plastic and behaves like plastic. The Z Flip's screen looks like glass, feels like glass and behaves like glass.

                  In the Philippines....
S20 - probably won't be released here based on the Pre-Order options
S20+ - only the 8GB version will be officially available, and most certainly the trash Exynos one and not the Snapdragon one
S20 Ultra - only the 12GB version will be officially available, and most certainly the Exynos one only.
Z Flip - Too expensive for a device that seems to be as fragile as a Pringle that needs to be babied. Not to mention it uses fake "Glass" which is definitely false advertising at its finest.

The S20+ and Ultra would have been better value if they gave 12GB and 16GB Version here.

You already concluded to the UTG being plastic without any actual analysis. Just scratching it doesn't mean it's not UTG. One of UTG's properties is (and has to be) being scratchable, like a ton of other kinds of materials that aren't plastic either.

So let's wait for an actual scientist with the appropriate knowledge and gear to determine if UTG is a lie or actual glass but that complies with the laws of physics. Apple lied about sapphire camera lenses and an actual analysis corroborated the accusation. Let's be fair and do the same.
